2.3. Facebook Information: In Laraigo, we offer the possibility to link your Facebook account to one of our apps on multiple occasions. In the following paragraphs we detail the information that is shared on each possible link and the way we use it.
2.3.1. Sign-up: We offer the possibility to use your Facebook account in our sign-up process. If you agree to link your Facebook account as a mean to sign-up we receive the name of your account, e-mail and avatar picture.

2.3.2. Channel Management: We offer the possibility to link Facebook pages to our apps in our channel management module. In the linking process, we receive the following information of the page: The external ID page and the name. In addition, by linking a Facebook page to our platform, you agree to share with us the following event-based information:
- Posts created by the page.
- Comments created by the page or other users in posts of the page.
- Messages sent or received by the Messenger of the page.
- Basic profile information of the users that interacted with the page. (Name and avatar picture)

The information of the page is used to create a channel where the incoming events (Posts, comments and messages) are registered in our platform and processed as tickets. Some select users of the platform can then send replies to these tickets which are then shown as replies in Facebook.
2.4. Instagram Information: In Laraigo, we offer the possibility to link your Instagram account to one of our apps.
2.4.1. Channel Management: We offer the possibility to link Instagram pages to our apps in our channel management module. In the linking process, we receive the following information of the page: The external ID page and the name. We also receive information about the linked Instagram Business account, including the id. In addition, by linking an Instagram page to our platform, you agree to share with us the following event-based information:
- Comments created by the page or other users in posts of the page.
- Messages sent or received by the Messenger of the page.
- Basic profile information of the users that interacted with the page. (Name and avatar picture)

The information of the page is used to create a channel where the incoming events (Comments and messages) are registered in our platform and processed as tickets. Some select users of the platform can then send replies to these tickets which are then shown as replies in Instagram.
2.5 Google Information: In Laraigo, we offer the possibility to link your Google account to one of our apps on multiple occasions. In the following paragraphs we detail the information that is shared on each possible link and the way we use it.
2.5.1. Sign-up: We offer the possibility to use your Google account in our sign-up process. If you agree to link your Facebook account as a mean to sign-up we receive the name of your account and your e-mail.

- Gmail: The contents of inbound mail messages and the permission to send a mail in behalf of the user.
- YouTube: Channel and published video information like titles, thumbnails, comments and replies and the permission to post comments on behalf of the user.
- Blogger: Blog and post information like blog name, post content and reply information and the permission to reply on behalf of the user.
We use the information provided as part of our channel management module. The information of the selected account is used to create a channel where the incoming events (Posts, comments and messages) are registered in our platform and processed as tickets. Some select users of the platform can then send replies to these tickets which are then shown as replies in the linked Google platform.
2.6 TikTok Information: Laraigo uses the TikTok API to access user data and content from TikTok. In these paragraphs we detail the information that we may collect and how we use it.
- TikTok user ID and username.
- Profile information, such as name, profile picture, and bio.
- Video content, including likes, comments, and shares.
We only collect personal information that is necessary to provide our services and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
The information detailed above is used for the following purposes:
- To provide and improve our services and fulfill user requests.
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
We do not use personal information for any other purposes without obtaining user consent.
2.7. Payment Methods At Laraigo we offer the possibility of making online payments to cancel periods of use of the platform and, in the case of pre-paid configurations, the purchase of messaging packages. This option is provided through the services of the Culqi and Openpay digital payment platforms and is used in the following options:
- Payment of periods generated by the use of laraigo.
- Purchase of messaging packages to send HSM messages.
- Payment of services by link.
- Saving credit or debit cards for recurring payments.
The information saved includes the personal data of the person who made the payment and transaction data.
3. Data Processing
Laraigo is a conversation management platform. It aims to centralize multiple social channels into one website from which you and your partners will be able to reply to most of the incoming social events. The information collected and mentioned on the point 2 of this document is processed and used to feed the message inbox of your user or or your company's users. The comments, messages and posts made on your linked social channels will be shown as tickets, which you will be able to interact along with other things like bot automatization and real agent transferring.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share personal information with the following parties:
- Third-party service providers, such as hosting providers and analytics providers, to the extent necessary to provide our services.
- Law enforcement or other government officials, to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- TikTok, whenever TikTok integrations are involved, to the extent necessary to access user data and content through the TikTok API.
- Meta, whenever Facebook and Instagram integrations are involved, to the extent necessary to access user data and content through the Facebook and Instagram Graph API.
- Google, whenever Gmail, YouTube and Blogger integrations are involved, to the extent necessary to access user data and content through the Google Cloud API.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
